Rajib is co-founder of Annual Status of Education Report in Nepal (ASER Nepal). He is an assistant professor of Conflict, Peace, and Development at Tribhuvan University. He has extensive research experience and publications in the area of peace education, learning assessment, foundational literacy of children, political governance, trade unionizations, and peace politics.
